Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Go-to-Market / Readiness Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Sales Enablement owner for product readiness and go-to-market execution across all markets and segments
  • Lead comprehensive launch readiness planning, including sales plays, certifications, and supporting assets
  • Partner cross-functionally to align GTM strategy, pricing, and sales motion while evaluating readiness effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, GTM strategy, or related role
  • Experience in supporting product launches or GTM strategy in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Hands-on experience applying AI tools/workflows to Sales Enablement or GTM readiness
  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with CRM and Sales Enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic)
