Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to manage and enhance the commercial team's operational infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee CRM hygiene and maintain accurate pipeline reporting
  • Coordinate proposal and bid processes, ensuring timely delivery and margin accuracy
  • Facilitate GTM team meetings and internal communications regarding commercial progress
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales operations, preferably in a high-growth startup
  • Proficient in managing a HubSpot instance with hands-on experience
  • Experience in pipeline reporting and proposal coordination workflows
  • Knowledge of weighted forecast modeling and margin analysis
  • Familiarity with integrating AI into operational processes is a plus
