Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to manage and enhance the commercial team's operational infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee CRM hygiene and maintain accurate pipeline reporting
- Coordinate proposal and bid processes, ensuring timely delivery and margin accuracy
- Facilitate GTM team meetings and internal communications regarding commercial progress
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales operations, preferably in a high-growth startup
- Proficient in managing a HubSpot instance with hands-on experience
- Experience in pipeline reporting and proposal coordination workflows
- Knowledge of weighted forecast modeling and margin analysis
- Familiarity with integrating AI into operational processes is a plus
