Job Summary
To enhance sales productivity and onboarding efficiency, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Lead will manage the development of scalable coaching programs, establish a sales playbook framework, and create data-driven enablement functions tied to revenue metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Reduce ramp time for new sales hires and improve onboarding processes for Account Executives and Sales Engineers
- Create measurable improvements in sales rep performance through coaching, certification, and enablement programs
- Establish strong feedback loops between sales, product, marketing, and customer success to enhance messaging and execution
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in sales, enablement, or revenue operations
- 2-4 years of experience in closing or technical sales roles, preferably as an Account Executive or Sales Engineer
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or infrastructure companies with $10M-$100M ARR
- Proficiency in developing sales playbooks and multi-stakeholder deal strategies
- Familiarity with revenue and enablement platforms such as Salesforce and Gong
