Job Summary
Driving sales performance improvements, the full-time Sales Excellence Lead will design and implement onboarding programs, operationalize sales methodologies, and support product launches, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design structured onboarding programs for new sales hires to enhance time-to-productivity
- Operationalize sales methodologies into practical tools and training resources for sales representatives
- Track and measure the impact of enablement programs on sales performance and productivity
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years in sales enablement, learning & development, or a direct sales role with enablement responsibilities
- Proven experience in building effective onboarding and ramp programs with measurable results
- Deep familiarity with B2B sales processes and methodologies
- Strong instructional design and content development skills
- Experience with CRM tools and enablement platforms
