Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales leaders to identify training needs and develop strategies
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5-7 years of training and development experience
• 5 or more years of professional consulting experience in learning and training solutions
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodology
• Strong project management skills overseeing multiple training initiatives
