Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to support the Sales organization in achieving growth targets through effective training and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify enablement opportunities and build trust across teams
  • Develop structured learning programs and training materials to drive measurable behavior change
  • Design and manage role-specific onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure quick ramp-up
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in sales enablement or a similar role in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to create and execute training programs that improve sales performance
  • Familiarity with enablement systems and tools for managing training content
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset to measure and analyze enablement effectiveness
