Job Summary

To support a growing sales organization, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Manager will develop persuasive sales-facing messaging and materials, translating complex service developments into clear narratives for effective customer engagement.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop sales-facing messaging that translates market and service developments into clear, persuasive content
  • Create and refine high-value sales materials, including presentations, one-pagers, and objection-handling tools
  • Convert complex operational and commercial concepts into concise, usable narratives for sales teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or related B2B content roles
  • Demonstrated ability to create sales-ready materials from complex service changes
  • Experience in ecommerce logistics, parcel, last mile, or related B2B service environments
  • Up to 10% travel required
