Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Sales Support specialists and provide training to new hires
  • Analyze sales data and implement solutions to improve sales productivity
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify trends and coordinate training initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years of sales and leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft M365 and CRM analytics
  • Experience with ICOMS and/or USHA billing systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
