Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Sales Support specialists and ensure effective training for new hires
  • Analyze sales data to identify gaps in knowledge and improve sales productivity
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to drive sales performance and coordinate training initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of leadership experience or equivalent education and experience
  • 5 years of sales and leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft M365, ICOMS, Salesforce, and CRM analytics
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment
