Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Enablement Manager to build and deliver impactful enablement programs for internal revenue teams and external channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs and certifications for Account Executives and Partner Development Managers
  • Analyze product utilization trends to identify friction points and training opportunities, providing insights on sales performance
  • Launch and manage a Certification Academy, modernizing onboarding processes and leading content refreshes based on feedback
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in enablement, RevOps, or a product-facing revenue support role (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience using GenAI tools for content creation
  • Excellent project management and content development skills
  • Familiarity with learning platforms and modern sales methodologies
