Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to develop and support comprehensive sales enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs, including onboarding and skill development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and deliver targeted enablement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or related roles
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective sales training programs
  • Strong background in defining and implementing sales processes
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with CRMs such as Salesforce
