Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to build and manage their sales enablement program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage a comprehensive onboarding program for new sales hires
  • Develop and lead continuous education and coaching programs for sales representatives
  • Create and maintain a centralized library of sales content and act as a liaison between sales and other departments
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Management, or a related role within a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven experience building sales onboarding and training programs from scratch
  • Deep knowledge of formal sales methodologies and the ability to train them
  • Experience with modern sales tech stacks
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across departments
