Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a holistic enablement roadmap that supports various sales motions
  • Operationalize core sales methodologies into practical workflows and coaching guides
  • Design and run structured onboarding and training programs for new hires
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Operations
  • Proven experience enabling multiple sales motions in B2B SaaS or technical industries
  • Strong grounding in sales methodologies such as BANT, MEDDIC, Challenger, and/or Sandler
  • Ability to simplify complex technical products into clear value stories
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with CRM data and enablement KPIs
