Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a holistic enablement roadmap that supports various sales motions
- Operationalize core sales methodologies into practical workflows and coaching guides
- Design and run structured onboarding and training programs for new hires
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Operations
- Proven experience enabling multiple sales motions in B2B SaaS or technical industries
- Strong grounding in sales methodologies such as BANT, MEDDIC, Challenger, and/or Sandler
- Ability to simplify complex technical products into clear value stories
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with CRM data and enablement KPIs
