Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement and Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and roll out new learning courses and paths for various personas
• Coordinate training events and track all enablement activities and training attendance
• Gather data on program engagement and create reports for leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 4-6 years of experience in Enablement
• Experience with Learning Management Systems
• Experience with AI tools for training and course development
• Experience managing projects with multiple tasks from start to finish
