Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to translate strategy into scalable execution across the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver sales onboarding, including curriculum delivery and early-stage certification
  • Partner with various teams to deliver product launch readiness through live trainings and eLearning
  • Build and refine playbooks and messaging that support each stage of the deal cycle
Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement or related roles at a SaaS or healthtech company
  • Experience in delivering live and asynchronous training using adult learning principles
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Highspot
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and create clarity
  • Organized and action-oriented with a focus on measurable outcomes
