Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to translate strategy into scalable execution across the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver sales onboarding, including curriculum delivery and early-stage certification
- Partner with various teams to deliver product launch readiness through live trainings and eLearning
- Build and refine playbooks and messaging that support each stage of the deal cycle
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement or related roles at a SaaS or healthtech company
- Experience in delivering live and asynchronous training using adult learning principles
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Highspot
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and create clarity
- Organized and action-oriented with a focus on measurable outcomes
