Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Create sales collateral that supports the full sales cycle
- Design and deliver structured coaching programs for sales representatives
- Develop and facilitate sales training for new hires and existing team members
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in sales enablement in a B2B SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance enablement materials
- Deep expertise in sales methodologies, particularly MEDDPICC/MEDDIC
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales training programs
