Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create sales collateral that supports the full sales cycle
  • Design and deliver structured coaching programs for sales representatives
  • Develop and facilitate sales training for new hires and existing team members
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in sales enablement in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance enablement materials
  • Deep expertise in sales methodologies, particularly MEDDPICC/MEDDIC
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales training programs
