Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to support the Sales Enablement Team and collaborate with various departments to enhance sales training and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advance and evolve training and onboarding programs for the sales team
  • Identify sales productivity gaps and prioritize initiatives across the global sales team
  • Maintain an internal knowledge base to ensure up-to-date access to sales content and resources
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of professional work experience with 3+ years in Sales Enablement
  • Experience in quantitative online and digital market research
  • Familiarity with B2B sales teams and exposure to quota-carrying roles
  • Technical understanding related to the research industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft CRM, PBI, and Excel
