Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive performance and seller productivity across its Americas sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Americas Field Productivity & Enablement strategy aligned to regional revenue goals
- Own onboarding and continuous learning for Americas sellers, adapting global enablement programs for the field
- Define, track, and analyze key productivity metrics, partnering with RevOps to enhance CRM and enablement tool adoption
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Field Productivity, or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience in owning regional enablement strategies aligned to global frameworks
- Strong understanding of complex field sales motions, including enterprise and mid-market deal cycles
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable improvements in sales performance and seller effectiveness
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies and enablement technologies
