Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to lead enablement strategies and programs for the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Field Productivity & Enablement strategy aligned with revenue goals
  • Own onboarding and continuous learning for sellers, adapting global programs for the Americas field
  • Define and analyze key productivity metrics to enhance sales performance and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Field Productivity, or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven experience in owning regional enablement strategies aligned with global frameworks
  • Strong understanding of complex field sales motions, including enterprise and mid-market deal cycles
  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable improvements in sales performance and seller effectiveness
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies and enablement technologies
