Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to architect and lead their sales effectiveness program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the training platform, developing content and certification for GTM roles
  • Document and maintain the sales playbook, including processes and prospecting sequences
  • Manage the onboarding process for new AEs, Account Managers, and BDRs
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or high-performing AE/Sales Management in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong preferred
  • Proven ability to teach systematic sales methodologies to drive results
  • Strong skills in process management, documentation, and project management
  • Experience managing a Learning Management System or sales training platform is a plus
