Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to architect and scale its revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine a structured onboarding program to accelerate ramp and productivity for new sales hires
- Translate marketing strategy into practical tools for sales representatives to enhance pipeline creation and deal progression
- Partner with Sales Leadership to optimize outbound prospecting and ensure consistent sales process adoption
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years in Sales Enablement, preferably in B2B enterprise software or high growth SaaS
- Experience in building or scaling onboarding programs that reduce ramp time
- Proven ability to partner with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership for frontline execution
- Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger
- Strong coaching skills with a track record of driving adoption through reinforcement
