Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to architect and scale its revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and refine a structured onboarding program to accelerate ramp and productivity for new sales hires
  • Translate marketing strategy into practical tools for sales representatives to enhance pipeline creation and deal progression
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to optimize outbound prospecting and ensure consistent sales process adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 5+ years in Sales Enablement, preferably in B2B enterprise software or high growth SaaS
  • Experience in building or scaling onboarding programs that reduce ramp time
  • Proven ability to partner with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership for frontline execution
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger
  • Strong coaching skills with a track record of driving adoption through reinforcement
