Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to design and deliver performance-focused enablement within a complex enterprise SaaS sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-impact workshops for new hires and tenured enterprise sellers
  • Facilitate applied skill development through structured roleplays tied to real buyer scenarios
  • Design hybrid enablement programs combining digital learning and live activation
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in sales enablement, field training, or performance coaching
  • 3+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales (quota-carrying experience preferred)
  • Strong fluency in SPICED or comparable enterprise sales methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience designing hybrid learning programs (digital + live activation)
  • Exceptional facilitation presence and confidence leading experienced sellers
