Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement structured onboarding programs to enhance seller ramp time and first-deal velocity
  • Translate product features into sales-ready narratives and competitive positioning
  • Lead interactive workshops and deal strategy reviews to foster real-world selling practices
Required Qualifications
  • 7-12+ years in Sales or Revenue Enablement within B2B SaaS or IT infrastructure
  • Proven experience in developing and managing onboarding and enablement programs with measurable revenue impact
  • In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, and SPIN
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and modern sales enablement tools
  • Strong executive presence and structured communication skills
