Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement structured onboarding programs to enhance seller ramp time and first-deal velocity
- Translate product features into sales-ready narratives and competitive positioning
- Lead interactive workshops and deal strategy reviews to foster real-world selling practices
Required Qualifications
- 7-12+ years in Sales or Revenue Enablement within B2B SaaS or IT infrastructure
- Proven experience in developing and managing onboarding and enablement programs with measurable revenue impact
- In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, and SPIN
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and modern sales enablement tools
- Strong executive presence and structured communication skills
