Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to support its Commercial team and enhance sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement roadmap focused on onboarding and skill development
- Design and evolve the onboarding experience for new Commercial team members
- Lead training programs on core sales skills and design manager development programs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success in building enablement programs from scratch
- Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and the buyer's journey
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Analytical mindset with a focus on using data to drive results
