Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Sales Enablement Manager who will enhance sales team performance through training and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support prospecting, deal execution, account expansion, and renewals for sales teams
- Own onboarding and training for sales roles, delivering sessions and creating coaching resources
- Build and manage sales assets and ensure enablement content is accessible and up-to-date
Required Qualifications
- 4-8+ years of experience in sales enablement or related revenue roles
- Direct experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of B2B sales execution processes
- Experience in running training sessions and creating sales content
- Highly organized and action-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
