Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Sales Enablement Manager who will enhance sales team performance through training and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support prospecting, deal execution, account expansion, and renewals for sales teams
  • Own onboarding and training for sales roles, delivering sessions and creating coaching resources
  • Build and manage sales assets and ensure enablement content is accessible and up-to-date
Required Qualifications
  • 4-8+ years of experience in sales enablement or related revenue roles
  • Direct experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales execution processes
  • Experience in running training sessions and creating sales content
  • Highly organized and action-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
