Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver global enablement programs to enhance seller productivity
- Lead field readiness initiatives for new product capabilities and messaging updates
- Measure enablement effectiveness and support ongoing development initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or enterprise sales
- 5-8 years of experience in designing and delivering sales enablement programs
- Experience with enterprise SaaS or AI sales organizations
- Strong understanding of sales frameworks such as discovery and value selling
- Proven ability to design engaging learning experiences that improve seller performance
