Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver global enablement programs to enhance seller productivity
  • Lead field readiness initiatives for new product capabilities and messaging updates
  • Measure enablement effectiveness and support ongoing development initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or enterprise sales
  • 5-8 years of experience in designing and delivering sales enablement programs
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS or AI sales organizations
  • Strong understanding of sales frameworks such as discovery and value selling
  • Proven ability to design engaging learning experiences that improve seller performance
