Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive revenue growth through enhanced seller productivity and training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Operationalize and improve training curriculum for direct sales teams
- Build and manage partner/channel enablement programs and resources
- Design and deliver training for GTM tools and maintain content governance
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in sales enablement, training, or operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
- Proven experience in building enablement programs that drive measurable sales outcomes
- Ability to create training content from scratch, including bootcamps and playbooks
- Familiarity with enablement technology platforms (LMS, Gong, CRM/Salesforce)
- Strong project management skills with a data-driven mindset
