Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive revenue growth through enhanced seller productivity and training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operationalize and improve training curriculum for direct sales teams
  • Build and manage partner/channel enablement programs and resources
  • Design and deliver training for GTM tools and maintain content governance
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in sales enablement, training, or operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
  • Proven experience in building enablement programs that drive measurable sales outcomes
  • Ability to create training content from scratch, including bootcamps and playbooks
  • Familiarity with enablement technology platforms (LMS, Gong, CRM/Salesforce)
  • Strong project management skills with a data-driven mindset
