Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Readiness and Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and deliver sales enablement content including playbooks and training modules
Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training
Analyze usage and effectiveness of enablement materials and provide recommendations for enhancement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or commercial training
Experience supporting B2B sales teams in the healthcare or technology industry
Experience in creating and delivering training content
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and concepts (e.g., HIPAA, interoperability)
