Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to support SDR and Sales teams in driving pipeline generation and improving conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and evolve onboarding programs for SDRs and AEs, tracking ramp performance metrics
  • Partner with Sales Ops to identify funnel gaps and build targeted enablement programs
  • Lead readiness programs and ensure consistent adoption of sales processes and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or related sales roles
  • Experience supporting SDR and AE teams in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of pipeline generation and sales cycles
  • Proven ability to improve conversion rates and ramp performance
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to connect enablement efforts to revenue impact
