Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Enablement for the Commerce Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement structured onboarding and certification programs for the Commerce Platform sales team
- Design and execute enablement initiatives that enhance selling capabilities and drive measurable business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of enablement strategies with product launches and market needs
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience in designing and executing onboarding and ramp programs for complex sales processes
- Proven ability to build certification frameworks and skills-based curricula linked to measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in creating performance dashboards
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools, such as Salesforce and Outreach
