Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to connect Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage the sales enablement roadmap and programs
- Develop and maintain a centralized sales content library and create role-specific content
- Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance onboarding processes and embed consistent sales methodologies
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or a related B2B SaaS role
- Proven experience in building or scaling a sales enablement function
- Strong content creation skills for sales materials
- Familiarity with recognized sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger)
- Experience with sales content management platforms
