Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager who will bridge Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to enhance revenue team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage the sales enablement roadmap, including onboarding and ongoing training programs
- Develop and maintain a centralized sales content library, ensuring materials are current and effective
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales processes, methodologies, and competitive intelligence efforts
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or a related field in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience in building or scaling a sales enablement function
- Strong content creation skills for sales materials such as battlecards and pitch decks
- Familiarity with recognized sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger)
- Experience with sales content management platforms and a data-driven mindset
