Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to build and scale a high-quality enablement program for Sales and Business Development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the sales enablement roadmap and design training programs for Sales and BD teams
- Translate product marketing strategy into sales-ready materials and ensure consistent messaging
- Facilitate training sessions and support field readiness for major launches and strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or GTM roles within B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience in U.S. healthcare technology or data solutions
- Understanding of complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees
- Proven ability to create compelling sales enablement materials
- Strong facilitation skills and comfort leading training sessions with senior audiences
