Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to build and scale a high-quality enablement program for Sales and Business Development teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the sales enablement roadmap and design training programs for Sales and BD teams
  • Translate product marketing strategy into sales-ready materials and ensure consistent messaging
  • Facilitate training sessions and support field readiness for major launches and strategic initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or GTM roles within B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on experience in U.S. healthcare technology or data solutions
  • Understanding of complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • Proven ability to create compelling sales enablement materials
  • Strong facilitation skills and comfort leading training sessions with senior audiences
