Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager, Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage sales enablement and training programs for Account Management Teams
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders and HR to establish competency frameworks and assess enablement needs
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of enablement assets and consult with Sales Teams to enhance customer engagement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of sales enablement and/or sales training experience in a technology company
  • Experience with Miller Heiman LAMP, Strategic Account Management, or Key Account Management frameworks
  • Proficiency in LMS/CMS platforms, content authoring tools, and CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to implement competency frameworks and align learning initiatives
