Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager, Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage sales enablement and training programs for Account Management Teams
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders and HR to establish competency frameworks and assess enablement needs
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of enablement assets and consult with Sales Teams to enhance customer engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of sales enablement and/or sales training experience in a technology company
- Experience with Miller Heiman LAMP, Strategic Account Management, or Key Account Management frameworks
- Proficiency in LMS/CMS platforms, content authoring tools, and CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to implement competency frameworks and align learning initiatives
