Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement onboarding programs for sales roles, including certification paths and productivity tracking
- Develop and maintain a sales playbook and content library, facilitating role-specific enablement sessions
- Measure enablement effectiveness through KPIs and report findings to sales leadership for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in sales enablement or a related role, preferably in B2B or fintech
- Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in a high-growth environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with tools like Apollo and ZoomInfo
- Hands-on experience with learning management systems and multi-modal learning delivery
- Fluency with AI tools for content creation and program design
