Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement & CRM Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and optimization of HubSpot CRM, including maintaining dashboards and user configurations
- Assist in training, onboarding, and supporting sales processes to enhance team effectiveness
- Coordinate operational responsibilities for client meetings and showroom presentation standards
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Administration, or Sales Enablement
- Experience working with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities
- Experience creating documentation, SOPs, or training materials
