Job Summary
Sales Enablement Manager is a full-time position responsible for developing and implementing enablement programs to enhance sales efficiency and support revenue growth through collaboration with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess enablement needs and deliver programs aligned to business priorities and sales outcomes
- Build and manage onboarding, continuous learning, and sales readiness programs
- Leverage data and analytics to measure program efficiency and optimize return on investment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in B2B or SaaS sales support, sales operations, or learning & development
- Hands-on experience with core sales and GTM platforms
- Ability to convert business priorities into scalable development programs
- Comfort operating in fast-changing or scaling organizations
