Job Summary

Managing the operational foundation of the BDR sales organization, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Manager will own the tools stack, drive AI initiatives, and ensure representatives have the necessary training and resources to enhance prospecting and execution efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and manage the full BDR tools stack, including administration and day-to-day issue resolution
  • Lead the rollout and adoption of AI-powered capabilities to improve rep productivity and pipeline quality
  • Design and deliver training programs for tools, workflows, and processes for new and existing BDR team members
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree, or equivalent level of education or professional experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with experience working with data and operational reporting
  • Ability to quickly learn and train others on new tools and technologies
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a revenue-facing support role
