Job Summary

To support a transformative onboarding experience, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Manager will develop high-impact learning content for intern and early-in-career sales onboarding programs, integrating generative AI and adaptive learning paths to enhance productivity and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative learning content that aligns with an AI-first enablement model
• Develop adaptive learning paths to personalize onboarding experiences for new hires
• Utilize modern authoring tools to create scalable and agile educational assets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design within a corporate sales or technology environment
• Proficiency in instructional design models and a deep understanding of adult learning principles
• Experience utilizing generative AI tools or adaptive learning platforms for educational content development
• Experience designing multi-modal curriculum paths for large-scale onboarding programs
