Job Summary

Leading the Sales Enablement function for Lowe's Media Network, the full-time remote Manager, Sales Enablement will establish frameworks and processes to enhance sales effectiveness, develop sales enablement materials, and drive cross-functional alignment with various teams to support scalable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish frameworks and processes to support sales effectiveness and consistent go-to-market execution
  • Lead and develop a team to ensure effective coordination of retail media initiatives and integrated planning processes
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials that articulate LMN's value proposition and offerings
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7-10 years of marketing, media, or integrated planning experience, preferably in retail or digital marketing
  • 7 years of experience in media planning or campaign strategy across multiple channels
  • 5 years of experience working in or with retail media networks or media organizations
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams responsible for marketing strategy or campaign execution
