Job Summary

Supporting a global go-to-market organization, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Manager will equip sales teams with tools, training, and guidance, while collaborating with various departments to drive performance and consistency across regions.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and advance training and onboarding programs, including role-based learning paths
  • Identify sales productivity gaps and prioritize initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Marketing leadership
  • Translate enablement priorities into actionable guidance for sales teams, ensuring effective adoption of programs
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Sales Enablement
  • Experience in quantitative, online, or digital market research
  • Background in supporting B2B sales teams
  • Exposure to quota-carrying roles or experience in adoption and retention initiatives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft CRM, Power BI, and Excel
