Job Summary
Hands-on and execution-focused, the full-time Sales Enablement Manager will elevate the sales team by driving adoption of advanced sales tools, implementing best-in-class sales methodologies, and creating structured processes to enhance pipeline generation and sales effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Drive adoption and effective use of advanced sales tools while training the team on strategic applications
- Ensure training on enterprise sales methodologies and translate them into practical daily behaviors
- Build and operationalize best practices for prospecting and maintain a centralized repository of sales materials
Required qualifications
- 6-8+ years of experience in a Sales Enablement role
- Strong understanding of modern sales tools and workflows
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC
- Proven ability to simplify complex ideas into actionable steps
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
