Job Summary

Driving the success of product launches and market strategies, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Manager will equip sales teams with essential tools, training, and insights while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance performance and optimize go-to-market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to create tailored enablement programs and manage sales tools and training materials
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales success and conduct quarterly performance reviews with sales leadership
  • Drive cross-functional alignment for go-to-market strategies and manage the lifecycle of GTM initiatives and incentives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, go-to-market strategy, or program management
  • Proven ability to create and execute successful sales enablement programs that drive measurable results
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and improve performance
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic)
