Job Summary

Seeking a passionate and high-performing Sales Enablement Manager, this full-time remote position will manage onboarding programs, design ongoing seller enablement, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance sales performance and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain high-impact onboarding programs for new sales hires to reduce ramp time and accelerate readiness
  • Design and deliver ongoing enablement for core seller motions, enhancing skills in discovery, qualification, and negotiation
  • Create and maintain playbooks and collateral that support sellers in executing consistently in the market
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or a closely related role
  • Experience supporting SaaS teams in product-driven environments
  • Strong ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven track record of creating scalable programs and practical content in fast-moving environments
  • Ability to connect enablement efforts to measurable business outcomes, including seller productivity and revenue performance
