Job Summary

Owning the systems, content, and programs that enhance sales effectiveness, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Manager will manage onboarding, develop sales playbooks, and drive ongoing training initiatives while collaborating with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the onboarding experience for new sales hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales playbooks and training materials tailored to the construction industry
  • Manage the sales tech stack and drive adoption of tools to improve performance and efficiency within the sales team
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a quota-carrying sales role in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to build and improve enablement programs, with a deep understanding of the full sales cycle
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, along with familiarity with sales engagement platforms and conversation intelligence tools
  • Strong instructional design skills, capable of creating clear and actionable training content
  • Experience in the construction or trades-adjacent industry is a strong plus
