Job Summary

Supporting a growing global Business Development organization, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Manager will manage onboarding, training, and coaching programs while developing content and reinforcing skills focused on outbound prospecting excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the enablement strategy for the global Business Development organization
  • Own role-specific onboarding programs, including curriculum development and continuous improvement
  • Build and deliver training focused on cold calling, objection handling, and meeting conversion
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement and quota-carrying sales roles
  • Experience building onboarding and ongoing development programs for prospecting teams
  • Experience facilitating virtual and live training sessions for sales teams
  • Familiarity with sales enablement and productivity technologies (e.g., Highspot, Attention)
