Job Summary

Supporting the rapid growth of the sales organization in the EMEA region, the full-time Sales Enablement Manager will design and execute strategies that equip field teams with essential skills, training, and resources while collaborating with various teams to develop impactful enablement programs.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and optimize coaching and onboarding programs for sales leadership in EMEA
  • Monitor and report on program progress, providing comprehensive updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting program success while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise sales and experience in developing sales content, tools, and training
  • Thorough knowledge of modern selling methodologies, with Force Management and MEDDICC experience highly desirable
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems in an Enterprise selling context
