Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and hands-on Sales Enablement Manager, the full-time remote position will build programs, content, and training to enhance the performance of the go-to-market team, partnering with various departments to equip Account Executives and BDRs with essential knowledge and resources.
Key responsibilities
- Own email cadences and sales collateral, running A/B testing programs to optimize performance
- Design and maintain training curricula and onboarding plans for Account Executives and BDRs, including certification programs
- Track campaign performance and training compliance, leveraging insights to report ROI and identify gaps in knowledge
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, B2B sales, or revenue marketing with end-to-end program ownership
- Deep subject matter expertise in tax, accounting, or small business finance
- Proven track record in building effective sales training curricula that improve ramp time and quota attainment
- Strong content creation skills, capable of producing high-converting emails and executive presentations
- Analytical fluency with experience in reporting and data-driven insights; proficiency in Excel/Sheets required
