Job Summary
Building a sales enablement function from the ground up, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Manager will create onboarding programs, develop training materials, and implement coaching initiatives to enhance the performance of the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement structured onboarding programs and ramp certifications for AEs and SDRs
- Conduct weekly coaching sessions and develop objection-handling guides based on real sales data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product features into effective training and maintain feedback loops for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or a high-performing AE/SDR role
- Strong content creation skills with the ability to produce practical training materials and playbooks
- Experience with sales methodologies and a solid understanding of the sales process
- Comfortable using data tools like HubSpot to inform enablement strategies
- Proven ability to build enablement functions from scratch
