Job Summary

Designing and delivering scalable, AI-powered learning experiences, the full-time Sales Enablement Manager will manage onboarding programs, develop engaging digital learning assets, and leverage AI technologies to enhance training effectiveness in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding programs, ensuring timely completion of learning milestones and successful ramp for new hires
  • Design modern learning experiences that incorporate self-paced content, knowledge checks, and certifications while continuously improving curriculum based on feedback
  • Build and maintain certification programs, tracking learner progress and evaluating readiness based on defined success criteria
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of industry experience in fraud prevention, identity verification, or digital customer acquisition
  • 3+ years of direct experience in sales enablement, learning development, or sales strategy
  • Thorough understanding of enterprise SaaS sales processes and methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools for content creation and instructional design
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a data-driven approach to measuring success metrics
